C# extension is installed and omnisharp server is running.

How many resources are you running?
Have you tried adding the FiveM-Lua-Typestrings to your workspace? Most people forget that the standard Lua extension doesn’t know what a ‘native’ is.
If you already have the Lua extension, try searching for the ‘FiveM Lua’ extension by coalaura. It’s basically a ‘plug and play’ fix for autocomplete.
This post was 3 years ago? I think they’ve either figured it out or moved on. Also they are specifically talking about C#, not Lua.
