My server has multiple cases of intel core 12th being unable to log into the game. It is stuck in the loading window and cannot enter the game!

from your screen there is no problem at all!
Maybe the XML file is throwing an error and is keeping you from connecting

Please click on the open, log on your F8 menu open and upload the log file.
So we are able to check further images don’t help us?
