Installing Single Player Apartment on FiveM

Hi i’d install Single Player Apartment mod in FiveM singleplayer.

scripts folder. Other require scripts are in main fivem folder. When i start FiveM Story Mode i dont see any icons with new apartments. Anyone know how to install that mod ?
