Did you try to delete caches.xml and try again? Yes

System specifications RTX 3080, Ryzen 7 5800x. Other parts are high-end too.
What did you do to get this issue? Nothing.
What server did you get this issue on? Every server.

Did you try to disable/uninstall your Anti-virus?
Did you start Rockstar Games Launcher not as admin?

Also add what you already tried so far. i tried open as administrator, restarting pc, closing all that has to do with redm in task manager
