What did you do to get this issue?
Ive tried to play your mod.

What server did you get this issue on? Be specific and name some, ‘all of them’ by itself isn’t useful!
4RDM, localhost, singleplayer (with Launch thing above console)

On my old PC everything worked instantly after installing FiveM. Other mods that offer similar things to FiveM works without any problems.

Getting stuck on “game finished loading” in my experience is caused by the game process running in a mode it’s not configured for (admin privilege or with changed CPU priority), make absolutely sure that’s not the case. If you’re using any “game boosters” disable them entirely

EDIT literal months later for detail: Most “game boosters” will increase the game’s process priority in an effort to squeeze extra performance, however, this makes a very marginal difference as on Windows 10 and 11 games are in Foreground Boost by default, which allocates most free resources to them already. FiveM DOES NOT run with non-default priority or in Administrator mode (with elevated privileges) at all, all of its processes must be in Normal priority to work properly.
Please remove any game boosters you have if you’re reading this, they are almost entirely pointless nowadays and are more of a marketing scam / placebo thing with little to no benefit!

Tysm bro, i dont know what did you figure this out but youre now legend. For people that will encounter this error in the future: my problem was System Explorer.exe (thing to get proccesses above normal priority by system start), i deleted every rule from it, disabled it from autostart and restarted my PC - now it works. ty bro once again

I know this from my own experience playing around with these things, glad I could be of help
