Infinite Black Screen after Death

When people in my server Die, they get stuck on a black infinite loading screen like this.

GTA V version?
Up to date - Yes
Legit or Pirate copy- Legit
Steam/CD/Social Club?-Steam
Windows version? 10
Did you try to disable/uninstall your Anti-virus? Yes
Did you try to delete caches.xml and try again? Yes

Also add what you already tried so far.

The server had multiple crashes. So I stopped it and left it offline for about 10 mins. Then I started it back up and it reset the loading screen. The Icon and it had this issue when you die it get stuck on the infinite loading sccreen.

I assume you all have Lambda menu, try turning off the settings that keep your player model and guns on respawn.

Tried that, fixed for some still broke for others

The server you are using is using an outdated version of the spawnmanager
