Have you tried increasing your texture graphics in settings by any chance?

In-game textures to very high, you could also try NVE. NVE fixes most of my textures into high quality ones, don’t know about text and stuff tho.

Enabling texture filtering might help.

Look up NVE on google. it costs money.

Also try what the person above me said. Set your in-game anisotropic filtering to x16 (no performance drop) and set it to x16 in your driver’s settings.
