Umm… I’m not sure what happened? It was just working all yesterday & all morning but suddenly, it just… stopped working…?

Unsure how to fix my issue. Everything IS connected properly.
Everything in the firewall, my router’s ports, etc.

What can I do to possibly fix this? Reset all my firewall settings & router?
Or is there a way I could go a bit deeper in-depth?

Using this server as a way to build mine & allow a couple friends to help test new things I’m adding & writing.

Generally it depends, but first, is the server physically hosted on your PC or somewhere else?

Hosted on my PC as a test/development server but I figured it out! My Xampp had reset & starting to bug out. Read an article about deleting a file within the install directory & it fixed it.
