Hi !

Since two weeks I have a problem, another server opened using our name and our logo (like my avatar).
This server doesnt have web site, using a paypal store to buy virtual money in game to buy items…
They tell all their players that our site is theirs and that we have closed.
But the problem is that players come to us complaining that we are related to them. Even on topserveur (French site for ranking gta servers) they created a page for their server indicating our website.
How to avoid being named responsible if they scam players?

And I wouldn’t talk about regular ddos attacks on our server (directed on port 30120 so fxserver is well targeted) since their opening …

As I suspected it is starting, they scam people who come to complain about my discord…
120€ for an anti-cheat, and when people pay, they get banned from their discord and presto…pfffffff

Many of their staff have just joined our server after being banned for asking to recover their money…lol…to join their staff, you have to pay !! To rise in rank in their staff, you have to pay !!
That thieves … it’s revolting!
