I was banned for no valid reason

Here is the story. Last night i was rping on jcrp as a cop, i get off then go to get on today 3/22/18, and im globally banned for cheating. Can someone explain to me why i was banned.

  1. This ain’t a technical issue.

  2. Did you get banned from FiveM anti-cheat? AKA you were using an injector. Or Is this a server ban? If it’s a server ban, this is not a FIveM issue at all, thats something you need to take up with the server’s administration team.

It was a global ban from fivem, I do not use injectors, or anything of the sort.

Then you’ll need to speak to someone else, if you legitimately weren’t using an injector or anything like that, then that’s a problem for the development team. Although bans are undisputed, so I would suggest just waiting.

Yeah, they are just going to have to wait till the time is up. Pretty sure the Collective don’t remove them.

To be completely honest, why doesn’t fivem have ban appeals, I personally think its the dumbest thing, essentially when i didn’t do anything.

Well you had to have done something… It doesn’t ban for no reason at all…

I suggest you take the time and make sure you have a clean install of FiveM and GTAV. Then by the time the ban is up, you’ll be good to go.

The anticheat system does not malfunction, cheaters get the :hammer: and thats the end.

Nope, it’s a script-hook dependency, not whats being regulated by anticheat.

Then i actually don’t know, i can provide screen shots of my fivem and gtav folder, because i have no idea.

There really is no way to prove your innocence. Any and all cheaters would claim they “didn’t do nuffin!” and I can see it being quite a bother to inspect each case individually. Besides, it’s only 13/14 days. Not much.

True, but I have no reason to hack and troll servers.

They would also say that. Again, all one can do is wait for the ban to expire.

Like stated, there is no malfunction in our :hammer: systems. My advice; figure out what got you banned or else you will be banned again once you get ’ unbanned ’ .

Up to you to figure that out. As surely you did something.
