I uninstalled FiveM or i thought but i went to re install and it gave me this error http://fivem.net/client/prod/bootstrap/citizenfx.exe

Did you try to disable/uninstall your Anti-virus? yes i believe so

Also add what you already tried so far. i tried deleted and unistalling all files related to five m or anything close to it tried turning off my firewall to where i can try to re install it i went through everything place possible file wise to delete everything but it still wont let me redownload it. please help been trying to get it fixed for many hours.

Make sure you have fully uninstalled.

All of FiveM data deleted etc. and then restart your PC. See if the error persists

i tried i check every where for every file possible with five m or the exe. and it is still popping up with this error code. http://fivem.net/client/prod/bootstrap/citizenfx.exe

how can i make sure i uninstalled everything? i did everything i know how check all the processes and all the temp files and did all the run and everything…

i found a file that says it cant be deleted because the file is open in system close the file and try again so what do i do?

Ok,

So whatever issue you’re having with deleting files is to do with your machine. You need to diagnose what that issue is and resolve it this is not a FiveM issue.

Seek advice on fixing your machine for the installation to work or simply perform a full reformat.
