FiveM does not kick you for having a high ping. This is a resource that a specific server is using. It is kicking you because your ping is 735ms which is atrocious. Get better internet or and play on a different server.
Well my internet speed is 850D/150U MB/s. So it must be the server. And it’s not kicking me from the game, it’s kicking my friend out.
What is your ping on here? It probably is the server, especially if they have tonnes of resources. There is still nothing anyone here can do for you though. Just play a different server or beg the server to increase the limit.
