I see a few people invisible, theres something wrong with the voice chat and a few cars are not spawning

**Did you try to delete caches.xml and try again? Yes and didn’t work

Which antivirus/firewall software are you using?
Did you try to disable/uninstall your Anti-virus?

Also add what you already tried so far.

I tried to delete the cache and downloading everything again(x5), reinstalling FiveM (x4), Update Windows(x2), try to launch FiveM with others windows compatibilities(windows 7, windows 8)
