I already fixed it but after i fixed it and opened fivem and joined after closing and reopeining the same happend!

Got it fixed:
i got the file named scoped_dir in it i just changed the name into fivem and that was it!

it seems that your gta 5 direcotry is may be corrupted just verify your game files in steam epic or rockstar there are tutorials online
