You disabled your anti-virus and you turned off any malware bytes software you may have running?

the error says “one file dont work” the download page didnt work

You will probably just have to wait for Cloudflare to fix the issue in Buenos Aires, Argentina before the download will work again. https://www.cloudflarestatus.com/
