I installed Dunkos vRP and I want to remove some vehicles

So guys, I installed Dunkos vRP through Zap Hosting, and it comes with some additional packages and everything. However, I would like to remove those various police vehicles and make them only have two. And also try to install mod of some vehicles, but they do not work, can anyone give me some help? And is there a way to rename them in the menu? I really need!

Moved to #development:scripts

To remove from being at the server, delete them from the server.cfg file unstreaming them.

To remove them from the game go to cfg/garages and put them out.

To stream the new vehicles put them in the server.cfg to stream them.
