System specifications: AMD Ryzen™ 7 3750H 2,3 - 4,0 GHz 8 GB RAM nVidia® GeForce GTX 1650 + AMD Radeon™ RX Vega 10
CitizenFX crash zip file (‘Save information’ on a crash):

I get an error that I do not have a game license and I bought a gta from epic games

What have you tried already to fix the issue? I tried to install fivema in many ways from YouTube tutorials but none worked
I tried to install tagrze to gta without mods but tagrze had the same error
