Hi, my name is Patrick and today I got home from school and turned on my computer exited to get on FiveM to Roleplay with my friends and found that I’ve been banned for 13 days. I’m really confused why this could happen. I’ve never owned a mod menu or done any type of cheating. I’m really confused?

The message is very clear, there is nothing we can do to help you here.
Global bans are triggered by lua injectors so you must have had something installed that triggered it.
If you feel you were wrongfully banned email pr@fivem.net however, you may as well just wait out the ban for the time it will take for them to look into it.
The ban system only gets triggered when some sort of cheat is detected. Unfortunately this means that either yourself, or somebody else using your account, has used a cheat/hack. If you are convinced this was not you who did it, then you might want to consider changing your account’s password because it may be compromised.
Unfortunately, as stated in the ban message, FiveM staff is unable to assist you in the event of a global ban. You will have to wait for the ban to expire.
The FiveM staff can not assist with global bans, if you have concerns you can email pr@fivem.net however they are busy people and it can take time for them to see it.
So naturally i recommend just waiting out the ban and to stop modding the living poop out of your clients.
Stick to visual mods and Lambda Menu/Simple trainer.
