That would be the ESX_weaponshop script you can find it in [esx_addons]

Try to interact with the marker. You could go through one by one and try disabling each resource until you find the correct one. I am unsure with your server structure so these are just suggestions on how to find the resource causing those to appear.

Try searching for DrawMarker in client.lua in the police script
