I can't start the FiveM

What did you do to get this issue? I have looked at if it is the antivirus, or some wrong file downloaded. I have uninstalled the FiveM already 2 times and passed the CClean in case I have any residual files. But I can’t start anything. I give it and it stays like charging all the time.
What server did you get this issue on? In none it is simply in launcher.
