The error is very self explanatory… You should try reading the big red warnings before posting it.

Try to see if you have your server.cfg and if its all well set
Carfull beacause you run server in onedrive its maybe for that
Yes, they are. Reading is very helpful and would actually prevent the need to post for help in the first place. All you have done is told him/her to do what the error is telling them…

You dont know if he’s starting a server right now or if is the first time managing a server.
Even with " all i have done " was telling him the error, hope it could helped him to find where the problem was
