I can't run a fivem server on my oracle cloud vm

Server config (server.cfg):default from the setup guide with sv_licensekey changed
Path to server files:~/FXserver/server/

**Describe your issue: My server crashes instantly after start.
Error + start command:
cd ~/FXServer/server-data && sudo bash ~/FXServer/server/run.sh +exec server.cfg
