I saw one person in another forum giving this solution and I decided to test and to my surprise, IT WORKED !!!

It sounds like an extremist solution but it worked perfectly for me.

If you need to format your PC to get something working, then there’s something blocking it from launching.

I agree that formatting should not be the solution every time a program or application does not work.

But until they developers detect the process responsible for closing the processes associated with FiveM, this is one way to solve the problem with 100% certainty that it will work.
