I can't log in. The error is could not connect to backend services. erorr may occur. What do i need to do!

I tried everything to deleting and redouwnloading it to changing password.

none, i wanna play but i cant log in my account neither is the service coneccted to the backend service

And when i wanna join or wanna authurize on the webiste it gives me this error.
