if i try to join an server it says like FiveM cant conect to the server, the bug is at every server and if i try to play FiveM servers it works i can play at those but not other ones like Narco city
What have you tried already to fix the issue?
deleting cache server cache and othes things but still not working

Im pretty sure its telling you what you need to do, you are joining whitelisted servers so you will need to go through whatever steps they require you to do if you want to join them.
