I can't hear other people talking in game

For some reason i can’t hear long sentences in game. After a while they just start bugging out and a can’t hear anything although the game isn’t laggy at all. I don’t know how to fix it and i would really like to know.

Nothing it just started happening after a while of playing fivem

I get it on all servers

I have also tried uninstalling the game and installing it again
