Did you try to delete caches.xml and try again? Yes the cashes on my server is delete

When I connect with the F8 connects with my server’s ip the error message and :
Failed handshake to server - Failed to connect to 46.4.96.52 port 30120: Connection refused - CURL error code 7 (Couldn’t connect to server).
System specifications Host is my server = CapriceHost , ( 128 slot ) and y have a khey cfx good.
What did you do to get this issue? We reboot the server because we had add mod vehicles then we restarted the server and since that we can no longer connect to rotoria Rp
What server did you get this issue on? My server is : Rotoria Rp : IP = 46.4.96.52:30021
If an issue with starting: Yes message error : Failed handshake to server - Failed to connect to 46.4.96.52 port 30120: Connection refused - CURL error code 7 (Couldn’t connect to server).
Also add what you already tried so far.
Change the cfx khey in cfx.re khey management. We still can’t get into the server
