**CitizenFX crash zip file (‘Save information’ on a crash):it didnt crash it wont connect
logs/CitizenFX_log files: im sorry i dont know where the log files are

ive reinstalled social club and the launcher and verified the game integridy 3 times and delete cache folders

This may be caused by your network, do the following:

1. Make sure your third-party antivirus is truly and fully disabled, try uninstalling it if you can’t tell 100%
2. In elevated cmd.exe run the following two separately:
   a. netsh winsock reset
   b. ipconfig /flushdns
3. Restart your PC and router(s), all of them if you have several
4. If the issue persists, try using a free VPN (WARP is a good choice, but any one you find will probably work as well); if it works on a VPN but not without one, contact your ISP for help.

Have you verified your game files? and updated to most recent update?

ive verified the game files 3 times and also reinstalled it

Thats very weird. I am not sure what would be causing it then. One of those steps should of fixed the issue
