Important parts

What is the issue you’re having?
When I start up FiveM or in a server there is no X button, Minimise button or Maximise Button at the top. The whole bar is not there, therefore I cannot move the window onto another display. It is not in full screen mode.

What are you trying to do?
Move Fivem onto another display.

What have you tried already to fix the issue?
I do not really know what to try.

Error screenshot (if any):
No I do not think so.

What did you do to get this issue?
Nothing, it was like this when I first got FiveM Yesterday.

What server did you get this issue on? Be specific and name some, ‘all of them’ by itself isn’t useful!
Literally the whole Game. on the main menu it is not there but also an server I go on.
