What is the issue you’re having?
Whenever I try to join a server it either:

1. Tries to connect 3 times then fails to connect
2. Have to download all the content in the server and Connection Failed comes up

What are you trying to do?
-Im trying to join the server

What have you tried already to fix the issue?
-Cleared Cache & Server Cache
-Uninstalled Fivem & GTA (Reinstalled them)
-Taken my PC in to be checked for any Issues

Looks like a networking error to me…
Are there any other players on that server at all? If so, do they have the same issues?
If they dont, I suggest temporarily routing through a proxy/VPN when trying to connect to see if it fixes it. If it works on one but not without it, ask your ISP for help.
