Delete the file it tells you and verify your game files via Epic; if it comes up with another file, repeat the process until it works.

I did it 6 times and nothing…

In that case you’re left with doing a clean full reinstall of both GTAV and FiveM for good measure, I’m afraid. Make sure to not install any mods to either.

I did a gta cleanse a few days ago and even when I did it, the same thing happened.

Then you’ve got something messing with your files, somewhere. Are you 100% positive you’re not running any third-party antivirus software? Also, make sure to do a full malware scan, just in case - Malwarebytes in the choice if you don’t know any.
