Also add what you already tried so far.
Clear some of the folder as: cache, dunno among others

You sure its with every server? because your log states that you are timing out.

at which the server would need to either turn off ping kick for vRP or you need to find a server with lower pings.

Try the green pinned servers and see if it happens there.

Im Buk Changlo from DunkosRP i concur with the statement above disable the ping kick feature

if possible try using a vpn connection
