I can not enter transport tycoon servers after latest w10 1903 june update

What did you do to get this issue?
-i enter transport tycoon server, game crashed end of loading, just before character spawn.

this problem started 2 weeks ago, after latest w10 1903 june cumulative update.
i can not enter transport tycoon servers if server has a lot of players.
i can enter tt servers after server restarted and server has just a couple players. everythings is fine if i can enter server.

how it happens? fivem starts fine, i click server name, it connects and starts loading, after 1-2 min it loads almost everything and i can see in game chat and welcome message. after that game is crashing just before my character spawn.
every time it is crashing with exact same error.
