I am looking for a Department / Auto Rank System

I have a FivePD Server I have been trying to find a mod or something to where when new people join my server they are automatically placed in a department and given there callsign. I know it can be done because of other FivePD servers I have played in but when I look on google, I don’t ever find anything about it. If anyone knows and could help me out it would be much appreciated.

yeah i was trying to do it without core. I did figure out the script i was looking for
