I am having problems with FPS in all servers

I dont know why because the server worked perfectly before. Im spanish and I have a good laptop. I tryed all things I know to fix the issue.

When I begin to play, the server shows this text message:
"Resource time warning
es_extended is taking 7.73 ms (or -19.0 fps @ 60Hz)
indoverhead is taking 6.84 ms (or -17.5 fps @ 60 Hz)
spawnmanager is taking 7.39 ms (or -18.4 Fps @ 60Hz)

Please contact the server owner to resolve this issue.
