It possibly, could be that he is running a graphics pack, that could possibly using up all of his computer resources. I’ve had this issue before, and for some reason, resetting my computer fixed this issue.
Unsure if this is related to this topcis, but when I launch FiveM on the newly updated 6025version. The game is VERY very slow and sluggish, takes forever to navigate through the menu and join a server and when you do it’s just soooo damn slow & stutters.
