How to whitelist people who use Epic Games

I am wondering how I could whitelist people who play GTA V through Epic Games

You can just have them launch steam. You don’t have to own Gta5 through steam just have it open.

Everyone including epic games players have a license identifier which you can whitelist

You can use license identifiers or social club ids.
They still are assigned a fivem id as well as a social club one. Epic Games also launches the rockstar process when gta is opened through the epic launcher.
