Depends what kind of alarm you want, you can easily trigger an event if someone robs and bank and then send a notification to all online people with job “police” for example

After take a look in the resource you are using for “robbing a bank” and look for the code that gets ran while someone is robbing a bank, you can easily trigger an event from there etc
