I don’t really get it. What does this replace? diff_001_m_uni? Is this an addon or a replacement. If it is a replacement for other clothes, what is it replacing?

so im trying to put in a new vest for our pd that uses the mp_m_freemode_01 ped so i put in a blank resource and changed the name to mp_m_freemode_01^task_diff_007_c_uni but for some reason still a dud , anyone have any ideas or what i might be missing? yes im a patron
