How to set Server list Discord

I was wondering how i would go about setting a discord in the server list view, example,

Have you tried searching the forums?

Any body know how to add Discord or Teamspeak to this?

In your server.cfg sets Discord "https://discord.gg" sets "Something Else" "Hello World"
