How to see your client ID on white list server?

I don’t think I need to fill out all these. I just want to find out how to see client ID so admin could add me to white list. I tried to connect and it showed me, but I didn’t remember. How to see my id on a server?

What server did you get this issue on? LibertyRP
When I try to connect, I get unknown client error, but I need to see my id

Also add what you already tried so far.

Join vespura.com:30122 and it will show you your steam id, license and IP.
Or use something like WhatsMyId on your owns server to find out. WhatsMyId? | Player Identifier Finder
