How to resize a YDD file?

Hi, I have a EUP .ydd vest that is too big, how do I resize it?

I don’t think you can without asking the original author.

Use Open IV and export out the textures to dds, and use photoshop or gimp to edit the dds file and reimport it back into the ydd/ytd file.

I am having this issue to , i resize them add them back and they not changing size, Any read me or video tut on how to do them correct ?

If you edited the file correctly, try clearing the server cache or at least the EUP files from the server cache and restart the server.

Yea, done that , but still shows in openiv the same size after saving , never changes size.
