How to remove Ambient car sounds

Hello folks!

I playing alone with some apocalypse mods and I was looking for some, to remove the ambient city sounds, like lawn mowers, distant sirens, distant car beeps and so on. I found this;

Citizen.CreateThread(function()
StartAudioScene(“CHARACTER_CHANGE_IN_SKY_SCENE”) – Call it once.
end)

But I have no idea where I should put that…
