How do I cancel a transfer of a MLO file. It was accidentally transferred due to technical issues now it won’t install into our server. I need it back in my name instead of my devs name
It has to be done through keymaster and that developer you transferred it to has to reject the transfer in keymaster.
Since he’s already accepted the file. Is it too late to reject? The devs of this MLO only allow one transfer . So I’ve probably lost this file as the purchaser and now the file can’t be placed in the server due to keymaster
To my knowledge, because this has happened to me before, I do believe that file is lost because you are only allowed to transfer the file once.
Once it is transferred to the person and it has been accepted, that does mean that you lost access to it.
