Hello, I have downloaded this map: Need for Speed Carbon Project: Lookout Point (Add-On Singleplayer) - GTA5-Mods.com and i want to open/load and edit it ( add some lamps and trees ) but i dont know how.
I have searched it on youtube but i dont found anything.
