Yes i had do that but that is just a localhost.
You are not allowed to make your own FiveM hosting services. If you mean to run a server on a rented server, the setup is exactly the same on your own PC
Don’t make your own host, atleast make a VPS host if you want to make a Host. Because FiveM just wants to skimp money off every person possible so they are illegally IP blocking server host IPs. But they arent based in US so US courts cannot do anything about it. Just be careful!
