The server should be in the server browser if you did not uncomment the #sv_master1 "" line search for your hostname in the serverlist and try if you see it.
Also make sure if you’re running the server from home you port forwarded your server (cause maybe you connect using local ip). it should take a couple of minutes before it’s visible in the serverlist.
Because you don’t provide any information this is the only thing i could say about it now
