How to make a FiveM car pack 
This tutorial is to help people make there first FiveM car pack.
There are certain reasons to make a car pack, the main reason in my opinion is resources. When throwing cars into servers without them being in a car pack that will cause 1 car to equal 1 resource, this is super unorganized and unoptimized!
