How to install British Road Signs and other things?

Hello I need some help installing these, could someone point me in the direction please. I know I need to scale them down but what files etc and to what size… Project London [WIP] [OIV] - GTA5-Mods.com London Underground Stations [OIV] - GTA5-Mods.com British UK Road Signs & Props [OIV] - GTA5-Mods.com

This is how I would personally do it;

  • Install OpenIV and run the OIV file in the mods folder (This is so it doesn’t affect your main game)
  • Get the props and make a resource and stream them in a resource
  • Now your British props should be streaming as a replacement (Which the files are replacements of normal GTA5 Props)

.oiv can be opened with WinRar, by the way - it’s just a fancy filetype for a “classic” archive file.
