How to import GTA5 xml files?

Hiya,

Focusing on GTA5, blender, sollumz, yft.xml import to yft using rpf explorer.

I have also been browsing awc and rel files using rpf explorer which is awesome because rpf explorer exports rel to xml perfrectly!! but I cannot for the life of me figure out how to import rel.xml to rel like it can import to yft from yft.xml from blender sollumz.

I’m sure I have simply misunderstood how to do it given that it can export rel to rel.xml.

Please save me from my ignorance. Thank you very much :slight_smile:

to convert a xml to a game file

use rpf explorer
click on edit mode
drag into and out of an RPF

I really appreciate this, I received the same error from the confirmed method so I tried to import an exported rel.xml and that worked, this indicated there was an error in my xml.

I’ve corrected the error and now my xml imports. My confusion has been resolved.

For anyone reading this post, the imported rel.xml strings that are hashed are case sensitive and not made lower case as I was originally led to believe.
